Digital audit
Before you purchase software, hire a consultant or get employees trained, first you need to know what your association requires. A digital audit will provide you with an analysis of:
- Your association’s level of digital awareness
- Whether you should adopt digital technology in the first place
- Who is your audience and what they want from your association
- Your association’s primary aim: marketing, advocacy, education, service delivery or community building
- What channels and technology tools you can use to reach your audiences
- What digital skills and tools already exist in house and your association still needs to obtain
- Recommendations for improvement
